We don't have an Exchange server in place, our email system is provided by our ISP. So I am looking for a solution that could use POP, SMTP or IMAP to access emails from the external server. I looked at MailArchiva Open Source, but it's lucking in its ability. We might consider the Enterprise version. Has anyone use MailArchiva to share their experience? Though it lucks deduplication ability, they might add it in the future.

Their pricing is reasonable. MailBase is a free archiving system but very limited in it's functions.I haven't found any software solution that's in the same price range as MailArchiva to compare with.
